The WIPO IP LABS is a virtual program designed to help idea-stage startups in Nigeria patent their ideas, build them into scalable products, and leverage IP for prosperity. The program is necessary now due to the low rate of IP registration and protection in Nigeria, despite the abundance of innovative startups in the country. The program will help startups leverage IP protection to grow their businesses, create jobs, and contribute to the economic growth of Nigeria.
