The pilot phase of the WIPO IP Labs project, which ran from August to December 2023, marked a significant milestone in supporting Nigeria’s burgeoning tech, entrepreneurship, and innovation sectors. Over the course of these months, fifty-six (56) startup founders were equipped with critical knowledge and mentorship on intellectual property (IP) strategies, helping them safeguard their innovations and lay a strong foundation for future growth.
